if i sacrifice pain deva path & Itachi uchiha n1096 to play danzo n1225 since it get the characteristic name yhaiko would i be able to play another danzo?

No. Danzo still has his own name (the one printed as the card name). He also gains "Name: Yahiko" but does not lose his original name.
