ok its simple ,. ok when a ninja or effect state during the exchange of jutsu or mission phase,. can i apply it more than 1 time or just its just 1 per turn, example kimimaro 927 ,. also mission cards that do not say effect cannot be duplicated,. . thanks

n927 can only be used once per turn.
