M-687 Animal Contract and 2x Biscuit - 902

Okay, Just wanted to know if this was a loop.

If i have animal contract in play and 2 biscuits in my chakra and or discard pile with 3 fire and or lightning ninjas in play. Can I put biscuit in play draw a card then put the next biscuit in play sending the first to the discard pile and draw again, the repeat the same process all in one turn to basically draw as much cards as i want.

This is not possible because of the uniqueness rule. You cannot put in play a Ninja that shares a name with a Ninja that you control that is already in play.
