I'm mad that it exist. But I'd be far more upset if the jutsu that literally held fire on top in the first place got printed again ever. Hell I'm still mad they haven't banned pump. Even then vortex actually requires you to be blocked to work has a heavy cost and it sends you to the hand not top of deck. It's not fair but it's not Trigram busted either.

^^^^^ this is why it was reprinted and not changed much...... Trigram was rehashed with the name Tsukiyomi and tacked on an additional cost with a similar effect. Trigam had way toooo many users and the target made it tooo unbalanced for its cost. So it does exist now.... just not in the form it used to be..... but there is still Mangekyo Sharingan which is still IMO not that bad... its all in how u use it.

Don't say this ^^^ to my statement Vortex should have been rehashed, printed or otherwise in the oldest format it was the second most powerful jutsu as in second most broken just cause it was first doesn't mean it should exist.

which goes back to my previous statement vortex did not see play as long as trigrams did so that in itself is reason enough. Trigram stayed in the game after block.......

If they rehash trigrams to target one ninja battling against the user, then I would be okay with that. If they thought that it was okay to rehash vortex, then a reasonable trigrams would only be fair. The thing that made trigrams broken was its ability to snipe anything, whether battling or not.
