What's nice about it is if you can get all three out, the jutsu pays for itself as it resolves since I assume all three will come to chakra.

No it has the text before the target or it's actual effect text. That means it happens immediately like 64 palms or Stunning strike without your opponent being able to do anything about it.

I believe when you play this the ones on the discard go immediately on the chain. If your opponent wants to negate it he would have to negate all three.
