It says ninjas, not ninja cards, so I don't believe you discard from your hand.. You get rid of one of your in-play water ninja with an entrance cost of 3 or more to get rid of an opponents ninja.

It doesn't really matter who gets supers as long as there's good cards for every element and luckily there are. Plus a card being super doesn't always make it playable. Danzo is nuts though lol (he needs to only place +1/+1 coins and not growth coins).

kill off a turn 3 for anything? that seems a bit much, combo with the 2nd and zabuza... murder anything that looks semi scary. get it back next turn and just do it again
