five mission's im hopeing for some void missions and i mean good one's not that crap from tp3

The effect does not say "You can" so can you use that effect as many times as you want during the EoJ? If so all chakra gets the effect : draw 1 card. Nice

Its an activated effect, so its optional. The colon is used to denote "in that case" and to seperate the cost from the effect.
