*NVS: Water has plenty of 0 drops and 2 drops idiot. Yahiko, Jirobo (state 1), Doki, Anko (Childhood), Giant Spider.... For 2 drops, Water already has Tayuya. What more do you want?!? There's also suigetsu from discard water theme, along with the new Haku. If anything, fire and lightning need some good 0 drops (fire needs a good 2 drop)

Its not No Hand but it uses the No Hand jutsu because chidori is one of the best water jutsu and SSS is the only good negate.

Yahiko doesn't conflict with anything. Giant spider doesn't conflict with anything. Jirobo doesn't conflict with anything. Doki doesn't conflict with anything. tayuya doesn't conflict with anything, and is one of the best 2 drops in the game. Haku doesn't conflict with anything, and has great stats for his turn marker, + ambush and mental power. the mentioned suigetsu doesn't conflict with anything if you're playing discard water. These are just off the top of my head. I'm sure you could find a few more with the card search. Just saiyan, you got plenty of 0 and 2 drops

I actually like Haku. He's beastly, has 2 MP, and Ambush. but i might keep running reprint Kabuto because his effect comes in handy.

oh yeah, forgot about that Kabuto.He's a good card for ridding those pesky World cards.

Judging on the quality of the set, we may have a very balanced format post-rotation. just super saiyan.
