Attention: Mads and bads whining about Mill - Naruto

Pretty sure you're whining when:
1. You're complaining about something that has previously shown to be remarkably unsuccessful in all its iterations and is losing most of its key support in rotation.
2. You have shown a remarkable ignorance of the effect of statistics upon the effectiveness of mill.
3. You're complaining about Pakkun. Seriously? Most decks play 30 ninjas. Pakkun has a 60% chance to mill 0 cards, 24% chance to mill 1 card, 9.6% chance to mill 2 cards, 3.8% chance to mill 3 cards, 1.5% chance to mill 4 cards, and less than 1% chance to mill 5+. The expected value of each Pakkun activation is essentially 0.66 cards milled per activation. So if you successfully resolve 5 mill effects, you should mill around 3 additional cards. Yay?

This is not something obviously derp-broken like Hydro Pump. It could be broken in half, it could be good, it could be trash like every single other mill deck there's ever been. The entire set isn't even out yet. Give it a rest.
