idiot. Obito is a pretty fair card, and Sai is definitely a bit too strong, but not quite broken yet. Anko however, can get ridiculously powerful with Naruto [Nine Tails Cloak].

I don't like that she's a 3 drop but I like that in lightning I can effectively use both her effects.

Awesome art! I always approved of Anko's style of dressing.

I think I'm the first person to think so, but I don't like Anko. In Water, there is already much better options for your 3 drops. Plus, she's a -1 to hand. In Lightning, Anko's a little stupid with Group Lesson pre-rotation, but post-rotation she just isn't worth playing. I know that you can draw a decent amount with Cloak Naruto, but my problem with that is that they are both turn 3, and the earliest I can actually get that off is turn 5, when I would rather play other cards than a mediocre 4/2. Sai is better stated and effectively gets me to my late game cards faster, while Anko is an understated situational draw.
On a side note, all these Utakata type effects are getting a little recessive. :/ |

in water her other version is better but in a lightning deck I can see her being used. set 22 is looking to be a good one

If you play this in Lightning on turn 3 and you don't draw at least 6 cards that turn you are ****ing clueless, this card is amazing, if GL wasn't rotating out this would be even more absurd.
