Mill lacks field consistency, I usually win by sniping their Kiba, Kakashi, or killing their Symbol.

As a MtG player who follows the meta I can safely say that this is a bad idea. The only reason it was made in MtG is because mill is already notoriously bad in MtG as most milling cards don't do anything except for milling the opponent. Mill is an unplayable theme in MtG right now simply because of the Eldrazi cards but that rotates out soon so Wizards decided to make a bunch of mill support. Bandai would never make this card when they've already made an entire archtype based around mill. On an unrelated note the next set Innistrad looks to be pretty sick.
