Is anyone else concerned with the power of the Mill.dec
This is a serious discussion and it needs to be put on the table. Are any of my fellow players noticing how powerful the mill.dec is getting? Are there anyways that we can combat this deck while losing our main resource for playing? Our deck? This is an issue that we cannot ignore considering the deck is the main source of most other decktypes' strategies. With this deck constantly eating away at that source what chance do we have at winning if mill keeps up with this level of play?

This is not a discussion abot how strong or how sorry my deck is. This is about with all the support that mill will be recieving in this set how often than not will we be left with any chance to combat this deck type.
I hate when people assume that my deck doesn't work. GOD D*****!!!!! |

I feel like mill is a serious problem simply because of pakkun's self-triggering. We wouldn't be having this conversation if pakkun didn't keep milling off of one mill effect.

I agree on that point and with him adding an additional 1-2 with each mill it will add up fast. Honestly I don't know what bandai were thinking when they dreamed up this puppy. His presence makes an already unbearable deck totally dishearting. He may not recieve an errata or limit until another shonen or the next set which by that time the damage will be done.

So in other words: When your opponent moves any cards from the top of their deck to their discard pile by another card effect, if any of those cards is a non-ninja card, they move an additional 1 card.

no, hes ok, there are definitely more ninjas than jutsu and missions put together, so he is more likely to not mill off of his own effect
hes also easy to kill |

Did we all forget that rotation is coming soon? Most mill stuff was set 15 16 and 17. 18 and 19 were dogs mostly. 20 was some random mix, and 21 was -1/-1
This set will be all that mil has besides TP2 having fireball Jutsu. Mill needs this to even survive and frankly, it's not even an issue. Water is a big concern for me with this chakra control, and I wouldn't count lightning down when all this Tailed Beast stuff drops. EDIT: I forgot about WoF in set 21, but now that anbu is fixed its still not an issue. By the time they would get 6 coins you should have a Gina or some counter unless they drew into all 3 anbu and a biscuit. Last edited by allanime01 : 07-20-2011 at 02:10 PM. |
