This way you just milled 10 cards(or more if u keep rfging himself) and when you rfg another ninja which will now come back at the end of your opponent's turn since your turn already ended. you also get another world of fire coin for putting him in play again.

If your opponent has 11 cards in deck and your have this card in hand with 2 wind chakra and 4 fire chakra then you will win.

First of all, he can only remove other Ninjas, not himself.

Secondly, I hear you also win when your opponent has no Ninjas in play and you have 1 Ninja (that can attack) and 9 Battle Rewards. :/

Card is good, maybe too good. I don't like the Utakata type effects. Mill might be getting way too good. I mean Pakkun is absolute nuts and now we have Obito.

has everyone forgoten the fact that obito is a possible 7/5 tap 10/7 on turn 3. everyone is just thinking about the mill part. what about the fact that he can be wickedly overstated.
