really love the jutsu, it's very good in water and even replaces himeself.

jirobo was bad until I seen he was a 0 drop 4/0 which based on what tyler said will not be any 4/0 anymore.

I said there wouldnt be 4/0s with no downside. This guy has no effect, thats his downside.

Holy crow, we have Vanilla Four Sound Ninjas...

This Jirobo's stats put him on par with the Vanilla Sasuke and other better turn 0 drops. The fact that he's got State 1, though, is what makes him handy - you can sac him for the State 2 version from Reinforcement (which, I'm guessing, will be out this set, yes?). If this trend is continued with the other Sound Four, the possibility of adding them to your Vanilla deck is not out of the question.

As for the Jutsu, I seem to recall a Jirobo that had this effect attached to him, complete with the draw (though he probably rotated out ages ago). Still, the fact that anyone can use this is handy, will undermine your opponent's Chakra while boosting your own, and with Jirobo, you get a mid-Battle draw. Combine this with Fading Touch, and you can defuse your opponent's strategy while increasing your own options.

I suspect we'll see more good things from Water in this set - just no more lame cards like that Chidori Lance, okay? :P

I say actually not having Ambush while still being a water ninja is his big downside.

Tracking Ninja had ambush and mental power. Both of which Jirobo doesn't have; however, being a vanilla isn't a big downside in my opinion especially compared to the Choji that came out a set or two ago that has a negative effect of can't be sent out to attack if you have more BRs.
