first his biggest issue is his name is Konohamaru otherwise I love him. I hope we get something that makes clone status people non-unique then I'll really love him.

Konohamaru makes a comeback in today's preview.

Lightning's been getting a lot of draw power from this set (remember the Iruka from last week?), and the latest version of Naruto's biggest fan continues this trend. Sure, 8 Carkras is a little steep, but if you're rolling EB Naruto - and especially as his Reinforcements start hitting the table - you'll have that easy, right? And this effect is arguably better than the Eternal Rivals Naruto we saw the other day, certainly more utilitarian.

My only concerns here - again, this effect won't really start going off until your mid- to late-game, always a downer for a low-turn Ninja; and combined with the EB Naruto series, this has the potential to make your deck suicidally fast. A reprint of Kind Teacher or a similar Mission or effect might be nice right about now. Still, if you're grinding all those cards into Chakra, you may as well get a few to your hand in the process.

This Konohamaru is amazing. If he can survive till later in the game then he will be a huge boost. There are 3 things that I like about his effect. He is at the end of the turn so you are able to exceed hand size, it is a "can" effect so you do not have to draw if you are closing in on deck out, and that his effect is practically free so your opponent wont want to waste a negate on him.

I want more zero drops for lightning since the theme loses all of its best zero drops(Messenger ninja, Gama, Lees with good effects, and all the moving ninjas) so this is a good start.

I agree. Plus why would you run this in lightning when you have the staple KNS which is one of the most OP ninjas post-rotation...?? I know you can growth over Kono.. but that's trash...
