I think it's also decent because you pick your opponent's chakra versus them deciding.

Why Bandai?!?!?!?!?! Why would they start making all the state 1s, then make new sound 4? Also, this sakon isn't as good as the state 1 and yet again is another water 0 drop that conflicts with other drops in the deck. It's not a bad card, it just conflicts with a better version of itself that comes in play on turn 3.

Thats actually a very good zero drop. The stats are on par with other zeros and the effect is quite useful. Plenty of times in the early game you run the risk of getting hit by a fast infinite embrace or other removal jutsu that results in a wiped team. Keeping their chakra limited protects you against that. Hes also an effect that remains useful in the later game if you get stuck having to drop him due to lack of a better draw. I like this card a lot.

This guy is incredible. The Pojo raters are ____ing morons and horrible players. This dude is a 4.5/5 in terms of a playable ninja. Incredible stats, incredible effect that activates on both turns, and not only that... thanks to the way the effect is worded + the "do as much as you can" rule... you could have 0 chakra and still activate his effect to remove one of your opponent's chakra.

One of the best ninjas this set, and in general. 9/10 from me... only because he doesn't have ambush or mental power..

EDIT: Great synergy with Sasuke OV and Kirin... the only issue is they made the State 1 Sakon + Ukon and those guys are uber pro..

He's really good, it's just sakon (state 1) is more playable in the deck. Also if you play this, you can't play sakon/ukon state 2 which is really good. I wish they would make a water mission that had an effect along the lines of "if you have two or more sound 4 ninjas in play, draw 2 cards. While this card is in your chakra area, your sound 4 ninjas get state 1."

Great card. I'm pretty sure Sakon [Cursed Twins] rotate so he's a great 0 drop next format. His effect is really good and would be useful against TA players who use that Flower Shuriken + Mastery thing this format.

Now I want to know... are we getting new Sound 4 that are based around Chakra control?

Also, Sakon State 1 and Ukon State 1 are not that good. After rotation they might be better but still, they're decent at best imo.

I was wondering what my 0-Drop line up would be after rotation in Water. Now I know.

EDIT: Haha, holy **** Boxboy's right. Disrupting an early game Make-Out Tactics is funny as **** haha.

I do like him a lot. I'm not sure why my other reviewers didn't like him as much. I'd use him in a non water deck just for fun.
