Now , Answer me this ,
Rasengan one of the only jutsu's to require no hand signs needs more chakra then chidori?
Its after rotation so anyone who says lightning has chakra gen is an idiot.
Sasuke being played on turn 2 its very likely he'll have 5 chakra,
Naruto on the other hand v.v

and who wants a 1/0 or 3/0 Being head of they're late game team,
who wants a 5/2 being the head of theirs?

i think they made it 8 because lightning can generate good amounts of chakra, my only issue with the naruto is THERE ARE NO RASENGAN'S and like 3 chidori's that survive rotation.

No, you either figure it out or get out of my element. TA dominates tourneys pretty well, despite comp shutting it down, so obviously good players can run it.
As for this naruto thing, the 8 is obviously because lightning gains more chakra. We will most likely see a rasengan this set. Even so though, why would you dare play this? The best rasengan is BP and it's been ruled that if this naruto uses it, the X is 0. Play attunement (the most broken naruto ever) or The one that reinforces into the tailed beasts and be a decent lightning player maybe?
