This card can only play RASENGANs for free, not Storm by, not Giant, etc... and also the 8+ chakra thing is nuts... this card is not nearly as good as the Sasuke.. Still a cool card though.. 0 drop with clone status and oil.. that's sexy.

I just wish this was a later turn Naruto, it could be good for early Freesengan shenanigans, except your not going to generate 8 chakra until around turn 4-5, maybe turn three if you drop that Naruto 3 chakra draw mission (I'm blanking on the name for some reason), and this Naruto will be almost useless late game because he's so weak you'll HAVE to drop a rasengan every time he battles just to win that fight, instead of being able to hold your rasengans for a good time.

In my opinion the Sasuke version is much better, it's strong for a turn 2, and still early enough to help, and it's also has at least decent stats to be a head ninja late game, and also two support to be a support ninja late game.

The X chakra cost is not considered chakra cost, it is considered to be an extra cost, so this naruto basically plays that rasengan without the two lightning cost, but you still have to pay for the x.

Actually in this case you cannot pay for X since you never paid the jutsu cost, so it fizzles.

A. He can't use them.
B. No fizzles out.
C. Only rasengan he could play is WoF...not bad but not threating either.

If you feel this way I say chidori needles to go...I mean both being as one lowers stats the other is chakra area abuseable. Sasuke isn't busted just better with lower cost for his effect. Also lightning probably will lose its chakra generation ...only bonds of friendship. So in that the maritime is crap.

Lightning's chakra generation doesn't go anywhere actually it's virtually the exact same the only slight hit it takes is group lesson rotating which really isn't that much. This Naruto isn't bad but likely won't be used he's gonna be played in lightning we don't need to make our jutsu's free we build more chakra than anyone.

Would like it better if either 1) you had made him turn 3 or 4 or 2) he could do any with "rasengan in name" I was hoping the sasuke would have said chidori in name also, but at the least naruto deserved it.
Still, good card before rotation, to bad it won't be legal till after.
