Yep. I was thinking about that too when I saw but at the moment, I'm just going to go with the "can". But if it's changed to may or ruled differently it's going to be pretty good.

I like him a lot actually. 5 Chakra is definately no easy task, but getting multiple free Chidori rocks (not to mention its got great stats as well.)

I like it, this is how freedori sasuke should have been. Plus this makes him able to play water chidori's so if I wanted, I could splash PoP chidori in a fire deck.
