he'd better basically be god. hes 1 tail under the nine tails, and hes going to be a super, he'd better have a bomb effect. especially since the tp3 8 tails screwed chump blockers with his effect hes got to be good.

it should be. it would prolly be an uncommon since only 8 tails would be able to use it.

Probally, i think its called lightning srike or something.

shouldnt it be call chakra cannon for now since they did the same for naruto's tailed beast bomb when he entered 4 tails state.
