There's still a lot of untapped potential for Clients. Of the few that have come out, only a handful are decent, but I suspect there will be reprints of the more popular ones in the core set. Moreover, old Clients could get updated effects that would make them more useful. And let's not forget, there are plenty of NPCs who have yet to show up on cards of their own. How about a couple of the actors from Land of Snow? Or the Ringmaster and his crew from Crescent Moon?
I do agree that this is something Ban Dai needs to re-examine and revamp. I don't agree with the idea that Clients are dead. Hey, just imagine Emi in a Void deck... Yeah, Block has screwed a lot of things up, but you know what? The game is still viable to those who know how to work it and make it fun. Too bad very few of these people are on Ban Dai's staff... :P |

Platoons are becoming something very rare now too. I would hate to see that be forgotten in the same way. |

yes in that same opening sage mode naruto and outer realm r in it.
also i like some of the clients the mental client that caused it was good for mental decks n a few other clients made it good for other decks but i kinda thought nagato would be a client since he dont fight himself he uses the realms n was to sickly to fight himself |

I hope we get some balanced Clients. The only ones that saw major play were Emina and Miruko. Emina fueled the deck that ruined an otherwise perfect format, and Miruko makes everybody really angry.
And then there's Michiru Tsuki, part of the best theme ever made, even though he didn't really have an effect. |
