Yes but that doesn't make it worth 25. 15 or 20 the most.

I'd say the card is worth minimum $25. At Jumps they would sell for $30 easy if people needed them.

I picked up a few from T&T just cuz they were cheap, I dont even run Rasengan, but I know anyone with a lightning build is at least considering running it.

On another Note personally I'd like to see Naruto cards go up in value, especially the super rares. Instead we have $12 commons and $6 super rares, I think the game is hurting cuz of this....needs more "black market value"

Unfortunately its not hard enough to pull for that.

It is 3-4 to a case. That doesn't warrant a 25 Buck price. Push was with more because it was harder to pull. People are just hoarding the card.

Personally that's my opinion of it.

Joe: Rasengan is 2 per case. You might get a 3rd if you are uber lucky.
