Great. The one day we don't come there are new players. Tell them to continue to show up, as times get closer to set 26's release, we'll be going up.

I know I'm a little late to the conversation, but for the meta to be good two things must happen:

1) Forth Hokage banned. Normally I would have been fine with him, but that new wind jutsu is just too stupid. That jutsu itself will probably have to go to one eventually, if not banned, just when you thought we were done with Hydro-pump BS.

2) The Third Hokage for set 25 needs to be errata'd. As he reads now his effect is actually a cost to do another effect. Also, his timing has to be changed to EoJ. As he is now there is no way at all to chain to him. He needs to be changed to EoJ (0), then he would still be overpowered, but at least chainable.

On a personal note, I would love to see all the ink stuff just go to one. I don't care if they're direct problems or not. Ink Leech I think is the only real problem, but Ink Bat and that stupid jutsu is a problem waiting to happen. The game would be better without the ink stuff. I don't see how anyone can disagree with that. We've seen over and over again that being able to spam ninjas is broken. Let's remove that from the game and go back to how this game use to be when it was at its best.

Let's not forget there is 0 answers to mission negation now, so Earth, Wind and Fire get a huge advantage for having broken negation.

There are many new decks to discover and try. SC is coming back in October and Veazie will come to locals here and there (seemingly). We'll have a strong playerbase for events (especially chunins). If we see a domination of clearly broken stuff (like with Cruz Control or Chain Lightning or Freedori) then we can complain legitimately. As it stands now, ink does seem powerful (as does that jutsu)... let actions speak louder than words.
