is it worthy to buy a booster box of tp3 ?

I didn't think so for the past couple of weeks, but cards like rasen shuriken, the new naruto (the 1 drop), 1 drop neji, and some of the missions make it worth buying at least 1 box.

I preordered one. I want to try for rasen shuriken and I need playsets of like 10 different commons uncommons and rares. When I need all that and we are only halfway done, that's a good sign.
