With the new deidara reinforcement can you use his first effect more than once per turn?

I would have to assume so as you have a cost associated with it. But since its a triggered ability, its a once per turn thing. I am interested in it as I run C0 Form myself

It's on the new template. The [Timing]Cost:Effect template is specifically designed for one-per-turn activated effects. Anything that's [Timing]Cost:Effect = once per turn.
