His effect is pretty cool but I like that he's a Turn 3 now. Where's "The Foundation"!?

He isn't bad, stops Kirin in it's tracks, but I would like him more if it was opponents jutsus instead, besides 3 slots are always naruto anyways.

I like the way this is going. I'ma splash him in wind along with Temari Wind Charmer and the new shizune for extra 3 chakra for my opponent to even think about playing a jutsu.

Now, do you pay the chakra for the cost of a jutsu(including sai) before the jutsu is actually played. If so, kirin can still be played, just for one chakra, since it meets the requirements of being played without any chakra.
This goes really well in chakra control since utakata is its only 3 drop.
