Loving this card. Best super of the set so far, one of the best cards of the set so far. I hate how it only has one user THUS FAR... but it's powerful enough lol.. Wish KNS could use it without needing to get boosted, but meh... And no, I won't be using the Pojo preview lightning mission to give myself clone status just so i can use this...

It seriously seems that lightnings theme now is "gaining BRs through effects" reprinting fourth hokage LS would confirm this to me.

I would. I mean attach it to any lightning guy with mastery, and slowly gain BRs
Also, my sage mode deck is drooling over this card thanks to that mission. Kill 2 ninjas, gain 2 BRs, and draw at least 4 cards? Sign me up!
