Hey guys i havent been playin this game for quite some time, like since foretold prophecy...and i was wondering if the new itachi and pain decks would be a good idea to get me started again

yes they would, they have pretty useful water stuff.

what about us fire players, any good support, the only reason im asking is because i dont understand some of the new mechanics...especially void

Void is a new element they introduced in set 19 for the paths of pain. If a ninja has the void element, its handcost can be payed by any element.

Set 21 reintroduced the anbu theme and more sharingan support( susano'o, kirin, madara). Also another deck type would be discarding the cards from your opponents deck.

Also when around gencon there will be a block rotation set 19 and up

The tournament packs were originally reprint cards with chibi art, but tournament pack 3 is all new ninjas. Their set number is between the normal sets.

and "non-unique" means that you can have three out on the feild at one time
