I'm just happy that they made a bad sasuke. I've been sick of the sasuke fanboys developing the cards for a while. But they are probably going to turn around and make a busted *** state two for him. Then it's back to square one.

Jutsu is bad. jutsu that cost more than two needs to be able to stop opponents jutsu by means of making opponents ninja standby, sniping the ninja or simply negating the jutsu.

I don't mind cards that are average...but this could have been made playable, and simply average, by simply having this card also say something like "This card also gets the "Expert" on cards with cards that call for "Expert Itachi." Even without it having a fire symbol. Then, you just make a fire/water deck.

Did anyone happen to notice that this effect is optional and can only be used once per turn? That means if they actually do give us one or two decent Itachi Jutsus that would work well with this guy, you'd only be able to play 1 per turn.

I mean REALLY bandai, it's not like you don't errata cards that turn out OP/amazing in combos before.

I remember way back, when I made fan cards of Sasuke, and gave him this effect, no one cared. They also seemed to say "what specific jutsus are worth it?" Having no Fire symbol, AND a Hand Cost, makes this Sasuke worthless, unless they reprint a Mission that gives Akatsuki Ninjas a -1 HC. Even then, it's not great. If he could be turn 4, to get Itachi's jutsus out a turn sooner, or if Itachi had gotten reprints of his jutsus with vanilla costs, for the Akatsuki theme deck, AND they required him, then maybe you'd have something, but still unlikely. Honestly, how hard would this have been?

Hopefully, one for a later set will have Sacrifice: Itachi Uchiha, and get his name, to represent when Sasuke gets Itachi's eyes transplanted, however that surgery works. Then, maybe it can use Susano'o, and otherwise be better. Lets hope that the first Sage mode naruto doesn't suck this hard.
