Heya,

I've been out of this game for quite a long time now (since set 13 I believe). I have a small interest in getting back into the game but was wondering:

1) Any new deck ideas that you would recommend for a newb like me who is interested in getting back into the game? I've seen a bunch of new decks but pretty confusing now so just curious what you would recommend.

2) For your deck idea, how expensive/inexpensive is it? And would it be easy for someone like me to "get" or does it have a learning curve?

3) What are the popular elements now (Fire/Earth/Wind/Lightning/Water)?? If you happen to have a deck idea, could you include the popular elements in it? Just curious to see what's in and what's not

Any responses would be great (except flames -.-). There's a Chunin tournament being held in the state I live 20 days from now, so would appreciate any ideas.

Mainly, I more of a defensive/draw out kinda person, so anything involving chakra disruption/hand disruption would be cool, but any deck ideas (especially those that have been tried and tested) would be awesome.

hot elements right now are earth and water and lightning. Fire/Wind is its own deck right now

earth uses Hyuga and Battle Reward control from set 18
water uses its no-hand theme and chakara control
Lightning uses the true allies and naruto and rasengan
Fire/wind uses chidori, kakashi and sasuke

i use earth competitavely because it shuts down all the other decks. Use what ever you feel comfortable with
