X Box live was down last year too. GG

*Amir Im pretty sure you arent going to be able to return it because Bandai ordered it from (or atleast at the time of GenCon) Best Buy Corporate so you cant just go and return it to a regular Best Buy, and if you return it to Best Buy Corporate Bandai is given the return money.
