Shouldn't you have just gotten your phone taken away and released to your parents? At least, that's how it works at my school... though sometimes I give it back to the student, if it's a first offense. You'd only get in-school if you don't give up your phone and are defiant to the teacher. Though really, you couldn't just wait until passing period... you really shouldn't be using your phone in class... Kushina is cool and all, but you can wait an hour...

As for the second part, I definately agree. Besides, you don't have the right to complain if you got caught doing something you weren't supposed to anyway. That's like when people complain about getting pulled over for speeding. STOP SPEEDING! problem solved.

eh, idk. Nobody I know who plays lacks a social life. It's possible.
