Goku stated that had he fought full power from the start intending to win, he probably could have beaten Fat and Kid Buu.

But no seriously, the highest destruction scale we've seen in Naruto is village level, I believe. Nappa roflstomped a city with ease. Gohan, before Piccolo's training, was also capable of firing off something that was near the level of 4TK's TBB.

But as for the original topic, I don't think it's quite a fair comparison. We've never seen Link do any canon fighting in any media except the games (to my knowledge anyways) meaning he's limited to what the programing allows him to do and the enemies he's fought all had scripted moves. Even though this is the case, I'd give it to Link. He can slow down time with his ocarina, create an invincible barrier, and other quirky thing I feel give him the advantage.

yes, but that sword is hardly more than useless against inuyasha, so I went another route. the significantly more POWERFUL route.
