Inexpensive Competitive Deck Type?

Hey guys! I have decided that I want to play this game and join the local tournament scene, but I don't really know which deck type to make. I'd like something relatively inexpensive and simple to get, but can keep up with the guys I'd be competing with.

Any deck will do, really. Thanks a bunch for your help!

the new hyuga deck isn't terribly expensive, just new so alot of people want to hold onto it. That is the only deck I can think of that doesn't need 2 or more supers.

I agree with this, you can make a relatively good Earth deck without any SR's if necessary.
Another deck you could try is a fire ninja dog deck, only super rare you need is Kakashi , the rest are more or less commons. Although most people on here will disagree with this because 1-2 cards came out this set that hurt the deck-type.
