I really like the gaara a lot and it makes an amazing draw engine for the deck. Sasuke is all right and might see play in the deck if you have space. The deck's major flaws involve losing to removal (will of the youth protects your ninjas really well, but leaf academy is very vulnerable). This deck could actually become tier one if it gets a ninja that searches out leaf academy specifically (not naruto reliance) and a ninja that protects leaf academy from being removed from play while still being a playable ninja (unlike chibi konohamaru).
