alright if they ban either of those cards with out the proper replacement im done with this game , the reason being that if they ban either due to whining bandai will ban any cards whiners deem worthy. now i play no hand water but only because bandai forces on water players and me. i played 3 streams alongside ochi sasuke squad in last florida shonen jump now when i droped your turn marker to 0 and stream you with the squad, three tails , and four souls thats good game. back on topic water only has 3 jutsu that affect the chain one being chidori stream , striking shadow snake and water clone which is not reliable. so how else do you play a deck whit no hand and win with mediocre jutsu , its simple you have to play a form of protection. with out sasuke there no way in h.e.l.l im beating you in the chain whit jutsu that only injure a target. will some pleasy give me a real answer to true allies and hanabi sakura whith out using stream because i cant find one. stream is water ONLY crossing jutsu and solution to those cards above. now if bandai makes better jutsu for water that actually affect the chain then i would understand if they ban one or the two though i would not be happy.

Water's ninjas' have built in effects that control the flow of the game for having a low hand. Kigiri stops your hanabi, sakura problem, Kimmimaro stops jutsus on top of SSS. Sauske is just icing on top of that and makes it impossible for opponents to fight back, Stream just ends games if anyone ever misses curve and or it is used late game. To be honest water just becomes more on par with other decks with them gone.

Stream was alot more ok last year but it was because it wasn't tutorable and the high drop ninja you had to use it with was actually harder to put in play.

If you feel the need to quit by all means do so but don't be blind to options besides those two cards thats just retarded.

I understand how you feel, water does not have any jutsus and the ones we do have will probably get limited, mainly chidori, SSS, and stream will be banned probably, then state 2 of course, then after all these cards get banned everyone will complain about the starter deck sasuke, so what I'm telling you now is to trade all you water crap away now, move to toads or something, loli mean waters jutsus aren't really overpowered it's just the fact that we can keep using them over an over again

well i streamed on turn 4 not just 7. and kigiri i use and he is not the answer to ever thing. well about turn 4 kimim i run 3 childhood and turn 4 does not have growth. i will be honest earth is the best deck right now i will not get into the whole decks tech but i hear deidara and c4 karura and like 15 to 20 chakra by turn 4 or 5 would like to have a word with turn 4 kimim and his team. if you want me too i will get into earths tech that makes state 2 and chidori stream being at one looks like childs play.

With all of the complaining about puppets lately, I'm shocked water is even mentioned anymore. I half agree with the thread maker in that I really don't see state 2 as a problem at one for the simple fact that he can easily be negated by a plethora of effects. Almost every time I bring him out I get hit by past lessons making him and my jutsus useless or my opponent will already have a zetsu out, so I can't use his effect at all. I'm also sick of everyone acting like kigiri can answer any problem water has. It is one ninja that can be easily negated, his effect only works on your turn, and it cannot stop put in play effects like shikamaru (chivalrous) which is a much better card in my opinion for that reason. However, I do believe chidori stream should be banned. Board wipes are not good for the game (although it is almost the only solid option water has to deal with dogs' swarming at the moment until gamaken that isn't easily countered by enma, interruption, friendship from sorrow, etc.). In my opinion, the next rogue list (in terms of water) should look like this:

Chidori Stream

Limited

Suigetsu's Joy (It can be devastating with the new Kisame.)

Semi Limited

Make out Tactics (This card is a big problem to a lot of people, so semi-limiting it will weaken the deck's searching power without ruining it. This card could even be limited to one without an issue due to water having other search options that are pretty much equally good, just a couple of turns later.).

A key card that I didn't mention:

Kabuto (database): This card is not a problem card, it's the cards it can search. The main issue people have with it is its ability to search out make out tactics and suigetsu's joy. By hitting make out tactics and suigetsu's joy directly, kabuto is not an issue by himself.

wow! someone else besides me see the garbo jutsu that water has thats why they mde state 2 in first place because waters jutsu are weak. dont get me wrong if you have no answer for water jutsu you will get owned fast but isn't that with any deck. see i will agree , the jutsu get absurd and may need to be discared after use, but i dont see any off the wall jutsu like c4 karura that can be played from chakra area. oh and zero when i talk about answer for jutsu please dont bring up ninja effect. thout it is somewhat of an answer but not the one im looking for. thanks for input

i respect your input but stream is need for dogs hanabi sakura true allies and puppets now. the moment they make a removal justsu for water that can cross i will be fine with tream gone but as of right now water needs it more than sasuke stat 2. stream is fair and broken at same time, it gets rid of bothe players ninja but ant justs rather garbage, mediocre or good will seem broken when used at the right time. mark my words water could keep sasuke a3 and not be tire 1 , 2 or 3 with out stream . a ninja is, only as good as his justsu

Sasuke state 2 is bad card design in general. Its not good for the health of the game and i don't care if you want to moan about losing your sasuke. You can get whatever jutsus you want. I don't care about that. I don't think stream should go to 2 but i don't care if it stays where it is, perfectly fine with me.

Just so you know, you could always use Fear By Genjutsu in water......You have several sasukes who are genjutsu and most of the Tayuyas are Genjutsu as well. Granted, not being able to play it from your chakra and having to hold it in you hand is bad, i know it. It works well with the turn 5 sasuke though.

Anyways, back to the thing that bugs me most. There is no good reason to keep sasuke state 2 in the game. No mater if you say "it kills my deck so it shouldn't go." That is a horrible argument. Broken cards should not deserve to stay in a game just so you can still play your deck. Also, please don't use that X card has counters, so it can stay in the game. A card having counters does not mean that the card is in check. If a card is broken while still having counters, then the card doesn't need to stay in the game.

Point being, broken cards do not deserve to be in the game.

i feel guilty about suigetsus joy. when no had water was being previewed i post up a thread called here comes the second exam and asked the community should bandai make a card like that but for water. no one replied but i bet they did now. because bandai listen to what we suggests a little too much. birth of the second monster. suigetsus joy .

i never used x cards has counters , or were you refering to someone elses post. i agree with state 2 being a little over the top, the only reason i can stand him being in the format is because your ninja aren't always uneffect and if with no cards in hand there are still ninja and jutsu effects that can kill / affect him and im not talking about negation. and i have other decks the problem is not bandai banning sasuke or stream in general , its the fact that if they do they will ban any other cards just because some players whine. what if they ban every single card that every one was unfair would you still play. i think not, and out of the cards we would have left people would want cards banned from those too, to the point were we would have no cards left. kinda exaggerated there but hopefully you got my point. see how every one is on bandais head for that new manda coming back from removed from play zone. and talking trash saying they don't want another yugioh well narutos been gotten like yugioh , first withe rouge list then ban list, but naruto took it a step forward and banned entire sets. block format.
