two, he did not know of her abilities at all
three, we need to get back on track
four, good fight but kiba loses in the end, from what I remember, Kiba did not have much screen time and therefore does not have much info on him, but Shika does and therefore we know more about him. I see Kiba going Gatsuuga over and over, but I believe that Shika could capture them by shadow bind and then onto shadow stitch or just a plain kunai

kunai wont really work because of the kin factor. if he pulls a weapon out, kiba will just pull it out as well. if he throws it, kiba will throw it.

however there is that nifty blade he's been keeping strapped to his waist since shippuuden. its "unique" so him pulling it out wouldn't cause kiba to pull a weapon out

however you gotta remember he's fighting against 2 people. both of which will look the same. he doesn't just have to capture kiba, he's gotta capture them both. both move pretty fast so if he only captures one of them, he probably wouldn't have time to finish them off before the other one starts attacking.

i don't see how that's a problem, he caught two kage's rank nin simultaneously and without sasori's ability of five hearts, I would say that shika with the help of kakashi's kamui would of won the battle then

We also have to take into account that Kiba was shown to be pretty reckless in his 'fight' with Tobi. Shika is definitely the type who could basically screw Kiba up for his recklessness.

i agree, i never said shika wouldn't win. in fact i have full confidence that he would. slynara was just making it sound effortless and implied he would take the tournament.

i did make it sound like that, and what i meant to say was that shika is capable of winning every match, if he has 30 minutes before hand and knows of all that person's ability, unless that character is super hack such as the most powerful demon.

and i do think this match is kinda effortless for shika, all that we seen kiba do is run around trying to hit the opponent with gatsuuga with little planning, unless you count aka. ****ing on the opponent planning, and shikamaru will find a way to get around that

illogical. just because kiba has shown to be reckless doesn't mean he will be now. he knows how smart shika is, therefore he would naturally be more cautious than usual. even naruto has shown to be cautious at times, and he's overall more reckless than kiba is. I'm not saying kiba will win, because I don't see that happening, but he is fast enough and has two on 1 advantage to give shika a hard time.

akatsuki members are pretty **** dangerous, and tobi had been making complete fools of them...if he's not serious against a black coat with clouds on it then i dont see why he would be against shikamaru. i agree that it wont be as easy as others are building it up to be, but clearly he doesn't care much about who his opponent is.
