well like is said earlyer its kinda hard to take naruto serious cuz 80% of his fight where lucky wins so yea we all know neji is great fighter but naruto is troublemaker and can even sometimes catch even the great kakashi with his dirty tricks

Okay so we know that with the Kyuubi's chakra Naruto is faster and Stronger than Neji. We also know that Naruto's Rasengan is a safe bet that if it hits it wins him the fight. Now while I don't think it will be an easy fight I do believe Naruto will come out the winner trickery is Naruto's most powerfull tactical advantage. Now someone will say rotation but if Neji can only hold off a wave of clones for a minute then the actual Naruto doesn't have to be the one holding or using the Rasengan he can send clones in with it forcing Neji to do something to avoid it and that's when Naruto's biggest opening will probably present itself.

I mean Neji can't hold Rotation forever. Naruto can rasengan in between the gaps of rotation. |

I believe that Neji is going to be the victor here. thefollowing breaks down why...
Neji is intelligent and reserved. He is not however vicious although he is competitive and headstrong. He manages to always retain his serious attitude even in the most lighthearted situations. this would play to his advantage as naruto would not takethe fight seriously unless Neji did something to really **** him off. And Neji as smart as he is (although the cards never give him any credit) would not fall prey to any trap he did before. And if he ever did get his hands on naruto he would start locking down his chakra with no hesitation. This alone would limit narutos capability of winning. Neji would be serious from start to finish, beginning with chakra lock, and ending with protection and reversal of what offense remains. Naruto would not get serious until he was starting to lose and then his recklessness would take hold and that is where Neji would become the victor maintaining his cool and using narutos haphazard attack style to his advantage. my key point is: Narutos main victories rely on the rasengan, and Neji can easily prevent those from becoming a problem. in thier previous battle in the anime narutos only real thing was the clones and since then Neji has gotten stronger as well has naruto. but Nejis fighting capability is stronger where as naruto just has more chakra access to be locked off. well to be fair it would be nice if we had like a number on chakra and how much chakra eaqch move takes to cast so we can get a 100% sure win cuz for all we kno rotation cant stop rasengan

mizuki: mizuki got the crap beat out of him. what was the luck part? that he was around for irukas speech? haku: seems like a pretty fair win to me. haku stood 0 chance against kyuubi naruto. whats the luck part? that he's a jinchuuriki? that sasuke "died"? rain guys in the forest of death: sure he had "help", but come on, naruto took down that entire squad pretty much single handedly. what was the luck? that they sucked? kiba: ok, you got me. but to be fair he was handicapped in that fight to begin with. but he did indeed get lucky. neji: looks like another pretty fair win. was the lucky part that genma didn't call the match as soon as 64 palms landed and naruto was floored? gaara: another fair win in my eyes. kakuzu: sure others had been fighting him, but he didn't really take real damage...i mean he has to be killed 5 times. so while he didn't fight kakuzu at his "best", but still. i wouldn't call that luck so much as being a scavenger. fact is he easily accomplished on his own what had been very difficult for kakashi ino and chouji. pain: i suppose the lucky part here is that hinata "died"? hasn't really been in a fight since then and since we're only talking about wins, i left the other fights out because he either lost...or because they barely qualify as fights. or both. so out of 8 wins, i would say only 1 was truly lucky. otherwise it depends on what you hink of as luck. most of it seems pretty legit to me. you could call haku and pain luck to some extent i suppose. but even then that's just 3...that's less than 50% =/ either im forgetting fights, or every fight in the history of forever was won by luck to you but of course all <not> cool people know...there is no luck, there is only the force ![]() Quote:

don't kid yourself, kyuubi naruto is stronger and faster. not to mention pretty much immune to jyuuken <or at least highly resistant> Quote:

that i can agree on. but its not like naruto is ever not able to come up with some tactic. and naruto only really used 2 tricks on neji. holding a clone back in the fight to make neji think that was the real him, and then at the end when he had that shadow clone lying their in his place. it's not like naruto was using some new trick ever 2 seconds, drastically limiting his options. BS, even if there WASN'T a rule that makes that not how it would go. Quote:
or it could also have to do with his superior speed, strength, stamina, tactics and the <if 1 tail> chakra limbs. but yeah, rasengan is there too. how? Quote:
its not getting locked off. plain and simple. kyuubi says no to 64 palms. internal damage from normal jyuuken attacks wont do much good against his super recovery rate...assuming he could even keep up with naruto's speed. which seems doubtful considering sasuke couldn't keep track of naruto with a two tomoe sharingan.
