guy is fast, off the charts fast. you have absolutely no way of knowing that. we've seen a rock paper scissors match and guy suggesting other things <none of which were fighting>. for all we know, they haven't actually fought each other in years. itsa completely baseless statement. again, guy is hardcore but we have absolutely no idea how effective his sharingan counter is. all we can safely assume is that, with proper training, its better than looking at their eyes.
as for off the chartness...i wonder. and im not just saying that just to disagree with you. i kinda go back and forth. sometimes i think he's easily off the charts, other times i question it. currently im in a probably not mind set just because currently im thinking that the difference between stats <or at least some of them, like speed> becomes bigger the higher the stat is <aka, the difference between 4.5 and 5 being bigger than 0 and 0.5>. so as of right now im thinking that no one is off the charts in any stat unless they use some sort of power up <jinchuuriki, sage mode, gates, etc>
but of course neither of us can prove our beliefs as of right now.
