How does the tournament go? I honestly don't know. Do you say "make a Naruto Uzumaki, with these restrictions" or something like that? Or can we already start making the cards?

First you have to wait until your round is posted. There you get to see who you're facing and what the rules are going to be for that round.

It's most likely almost always going to be "Make a Ninja Card" or something.

So, in theory, I can already start making a random ninja card? Or, will you specify to make a certain ninja?

Just trying to completely understand :P I'll start early if it's possible.

Yes, you can. There's a very low chance that I'll be switching things up this time. But you never know.
