lol, I think we need to create some more weaker characters. Not everyone should have a stat total of over 30. We need some more support protagonists.

Here's a preview for the fourth antagonist.
Name: Senko Rank: S-Class Missing Nin Age: 20 Gender: Male Village: used to be Cloud Physical Description: Senkou is 6 feet tall. Senko has silver, short, and spiky hair in a style similar to the Fourth Hokage, but shorter on the sides. His irises are are a teal blue with black pupils. Senko has the same clothing as Kawa except the bubbles are replaced with lightning bolt symbols. History: Senko graduated from the academy when he was 8. He became a chunin at the age of 9. Around the age of 12, Senko began to develop insane speed. At the age of 13, he began to teleport short distances, finally becoming a jonin when he was 14. Senko's speed and teleportation abilities increased resulting as becoming the Raikage when he 17. Soon after, Senko felt he wanted more, thus becoming the first rogue kage (Madara doesn't count) in history. Due to his extreme teleportation/speed, the cloud village didn't even try hunting him down. Personality: Tends to laugh like a maniac in battle and likes to play with his opponents if he considers them weak and just simply runs around beating up his opponent without any real killing intent unless if Kuroshi says otherwise. Should his opponent prove to be strong, Senko will fight more seriously and actually go for the kill. If Senko is still unable to defeat his opponent, he will use his most powerful jutsu and congratulates his opponent's saying something along the lines of, "You should feel honored to make me use my best techniques..." His most powerful jutsu are all the jutsus that aren't ordinary lightning style (ordinary means non-S-Rank jutsu) or teleportation. Due to being practically impossible to hit except by those who are close to Senko's speed, Senko is not used to experiencing pain thus resulting in him having a low pain tolerance. Ninjutsu: Summoning Jutsu: Sword Summoning - (obvious except that Senko will always throw his Summoning scroll in the air to make the swords appear in the air for his next jutsu...) Ninja Art: Dance of 100 swords! - (uses summoned swords and runs around using his extreme speed to grab each individual sword and throws them at something with good accuracy.) Ninja Art: Electrical Polygon - (uses summoned swords and precedes to wedge any number of them in the ground around the target in a polygon shape, (EX: typical pentagons, hexagons, octagons, etc.) 1 sword per corner. Whatever is within the polygon of swords will get burned to a crisp by lightning. However, Senko could also make the lightning take a pillar shape that rises up to 6 meters, but requires more chakra the higher it goes. The more swords Senko uses, the stronger the attack is, but requires more chakra. Chakra use is increased by the amount of area the lightning covered. (I feel like I'm turning this into a math class >_>.) As a side note, Senko can nuke an entire village with this technique assuming he has full chakra and enough time.) Lightning Style: Flash of Divinity - (Senko shoots a blinding light from his palms which will obliterate whatever it touches. The attack however, covers a small area, but it moves at the speed of light, making the attack difficult to dodge. An S-Rank jutsu.) Genjutsu: Not very skilled at Genjutsu. Taijutsu: Nothing special, but he is very strong making his blows hurt. Of course, Senko does not have super-human strength, but his Taijutsu still packs a punch. He could also open up to the Second Gate of the Eight Celestial Gates (in the dub, the Eight Inner Gates) which gives Senko more stamina and physical strength (mostly strength) but his speed does not increase because his speed is already insane. Weapons: Basic equipment. He also has a scroll that allows him to summon 100 swords at once. Kekkei Genkai: none Other: Senko can move as fast as sound, making him a little bit faster than Kuroshi in raw speed, for a small amount of chakra. Also, he can easily teleport short distances for little chakra. The farther he goes, the more chakra he expends. Rank: Chunin Age: 14 Villiage: Sand Gender: Female Physical Description: Very beautiful. Has longish black hair and beautiful blue eyes. She has a perfect body, and is very healthy. She always wears black shorts and a camouflage Tshirt under a chunin jacket. History: Akina moved to the Sand village when she was 8. Before this, her entire village was killed. she was hidden in a secret tunnel where the villages scrolls were hidden. She took the scrolls when she left the village, and offered it to the Sand village for protection. She stayed at her own hotel, paid in full by the Kazekage. She was put in the Academy, and she is easily became the most popular child in the academy. She graduated the academy at 13, but she had great success in the Chunin exams, and became a chunin. She is also very intelligent. She has gone on several missions with Ryuu, but only one with Yoshi, which ended in the loss of the item they were supposed to be guarding. However, the village it was supposed to be delivered to said it was quite alright, and the fight scene that actually happened when guarding the item was all caught on tape, and was being shown to the academy students, which, in the villages eyes, was more valuable. Personality:She is very Proper and mannered. Shes very nice and kind, but when somthing ****es her off, she loses all of that, becomes foul mouthed, and goes on to pummel the living crap outta whoever ****ed her off. She also would do anything for her friends. Ninjutsu: Ninja Art: 5 pronged Seal Ninja Art: Nervous Seal(make the opponents body's nervous system very messed up. similar to the move tsunade used on kabuto, except it lasts much longer.) Ninja Art: 2 hands Seal(seal off the opponents chakra until they fall asleep or into unconsciousness. Expands most of her chakra. Can be used at long range as well, but then ALL of her chakra is gone. The good part is, it can be used even when she has 50% of her chakra.) Summoning Jutsu: Bow(summons a bow with arrows. arrows explode on contact.) Earth STyle: Great Stone Prison Earth Style: Rock Bullet Jutsu an assortment of simple earth and wind techniques. Genjutsu: Can use B-rank Genjutsu Taijutsu: She has streangth, but lacks the speed and ability to use too much taijutsu. That is why she is a typically long ranged fighter. Weapons: She has her summoned bow(that comes with arrows). Then she has the general Kunai and shuriken. She also uses paper bombs on kunais, and launches them when she runs out of arrows and cant summon anymore. Other: She isn't to fast, but she has amazing hand-eye coordination and amazing reaction timing. Ninjutsu:3 Taijutsu:2.5 Genjutsu:4 Intelligence:5 Streangth:5 Speed:3 Stamina:4 Hand seals:5 Total:31.5
