I heard this episode was going to be mostly talking and that Nagato turns good and uses all of his chakra to heal all the people he killed but with with the side effect of death to himself is that true

It is mostly talking or all talking really, there was a leaked SD version of the episode last week, and I saw it. 97% talking but it still is pretty good. Nagato doesn't heal all the people in this episode though.

The preview showed some kind of filler episode that goes back to when team 7 was still together... I thought naruto only did filler between arcs, unlike bleach that just does them whenever.
