Clarification Errata

Effective as of: 07/12/10

New effect text to be:

Counter Permanent (3)
Target: 1 Ninja
Effect: Attach this card to the target. The effect text of the target is negated.

Effect: When your opponent draws 1 or more cards due to an effect, you can draw 1 card.
