I would have to say that making a deck with all those elemental types could end up hurting you in the long run. Honestly it takes strategy to beat lightning. I've made wind, water, fire (mill), and even earth decks and I stomp my friends lightning deck which is by far the best one at our local card store. Though he has four tails and such it doesn't quite matter. Its the player using the deck, not the deck itself.

To be honest I run Lightning & Earth decks and I find Earth to be much worse on the cheesy side. I feel the original posters deck is just lacking due to not having the right cards.. Between all symbols I don't think any one has an overwhelming edge in strength.

think outside the box man, dont focus on how to stop certain cards, focus on how to make yours BETTER!
for example, you running wind? baki and 4th kaze up the A man! those two are especially amazing when in the same team. That and you have the option of sasori TBT and possessed mode for some good power drops
not to mention chibi wise you'll be getting reanimation, shino IW, and the new chibi sasori! wind has no problems (except with how shafted they were when it came set 17 >.>)

but yeah, be a better player to :P

lightning is the worst element right now if u cant beat it ur doing it wrong especailly a ET deck and as a lightning player i can say this

Calling someone a scrub and saying they need to get better doesn't help unless the person just doesn't know how to use the cards to win... but if he said he doesn't have the cards then that's another story.

I would say look up the cards that would just make your deck better and focus on getting them and playing the stronger wind combo's that would help you draw more cards or control the field better... among the cards mentioned you might want to try Counter, Loss, substitute, pressing, Mizuki (Childhood), Shino (Silence), Kujaku, Temari & Kankuro (platoon) Kankuro & Black Ant (Squad) Shizune tonton, tsunade (ttp) sakura (R)... all of those cards work well against any theme or element... and there's many more... Tsunade (TTP) would work well against lightning jutsus... Also when the new Sasori comes out get that asap...

-If you want strategy help, post this in the deck dojo with you deck list, because we can't help if we don't know what your working with.

-If skill is your issue, then just ask a good player to help you by playing non-tourny games, and have someone correct your play mistakes as you make them. Or just show up early to a tourny and try to play as many games as you can.

-There's no set way to deal with a problem, experience is the only good teacher in this game.
