Very unique card.

While it may not be a super competitive play, combining it with [url]http://www.bandaicg.com/naruto/cardlists_detail_new.php?s=13&c=j463[/url] to d3 and injure some of your opponents dudes/score some br's is cool.

Would this card hit ninjas that aren't in play?

The wording makes it seem as if it would.

This card would go great with the new Kiba since his effect gives him +1 not to mention everyone runs Might Guy.
