interesting card. looks like tempo/rush decks will get a big boost since little people run jutsus that pump ninjas up anymore in most deck types.

The card is good but ummm... say if you win a outstanding victory or outstanding br do you still draw? I don't think so but I'll still ask before I jump to a conclusion.

This card would have been really good if it forced your opponent's ninjas to battle imo. It'd be nice in NVS.

Hmm... I'm assuming it affects Ninja that haven't been put in play yet too... If not, this card seems good...
