Nope, it's not. Use the card search yourself, Kakashi does not have Anbu characteristic.

Hopefully, there will be some more cards revolving around Anbu next series. In my opinion though, I don't see anbu cards making a big hit in competitive decks, I think they are fun to play is all.

this is exactly what ive been saying fer weeks!
the deck works cuz of anbu captain..
u: have all anbus out
opponent:cant play missions or stand up 2 ur huge teams.
u: laugh send all out to battle and throw jutsus around and win
opponent:

ive had my anbu deck built for a while and IT IS competitive. ive beaten medical/kunoich
mono fire, mono water, earth, MP fire wind, and genjutsu, and lightning. this deck is verry good!
