if you have reanimation ninjutsu in your chakra area and you have it in your hand a 2nd time, use the reanimation in your chakra to play the reanimation in your hand and then return the reanimation that u sent to the discard pile to your hand

How does it not stop a single thing? The whole infi-draw comes from recycling the jutsus with each other. If you change its ability to grab a jutsu, to where it can only snag non-jutsu that blocks off the infi-draw.
