Brought a damage card from my local

Dear Bandai,
Yesterday I brought a pack from my local store and one of my rare (M-648 Present for the Promotion) was ripped on the left hand side and ripped out completely on the bottom left hand corner where the mission number is. Let me know what you want me to do? I can send you a picture as proof.

Yeah I opened 20 packs. I should've gotten 20 super rares but I got 20 blank cards. Can I photoshop a picture and send it to you guys and say the super rares I want from the set and you send them to me? Thanks.
