I'm thinkin Naruto will die to save the village, and they'll make him an honorary Hokage out of respect and gratefulness.

my vote's for "giving up his tailed beast, and in essense his life, so that Madara can cast his Genjutsu over the world, thus ending the Ninja world and bringing a time of peace and prosperity to the world.

Well...part of the world...since the other half of the world is technically enjoying daylight hours and not seeing the moon...

that seems unlikely just because of everyone's reaction when they heard of madaras plan...calling it a false peace and what not. i dont think naruto would sacrifice himself for a false peace. you have the right idea but that particular scenario seems unlikely to me


my thoughts are this. the 4th hokage said that he doesnt believe there can truly be peace so ling as shinobi exist...the great sage said to jiraiya that he would raise a desciple who would be a revolutionary. one who would bring great change to the ninja world and either save it or destroy it

i believe naruto will destroy it...but not by killing everyone. he will just eradicate the idea of shinobi. similar to how at the end of the gundam wing movie:endless waltz, the narrator said "weapons known as mobile suites were never seen again". naruto will make it so there are no more shinobi

Standard Anime ending

Naruto becomes 7th Hokage. Kakashi is killed by Sasuke. Naruto beats Madara. Boring.

Don't kid yourself, Link. Kakashi will become the next Hokage after Tsunade dies. Someone will kill her, whether it is Kabutorochimaru or Madara or Sasuke. As the last Sannin, she is practically doomed to Anime Death Law Number 8 (If multiple members of a group die, the deaths of the remaining members are impendent, bypassed by Law 14, which states that a Grim Reaper character is one that gets everyone around them killed) Also, never said Kakashi would kill Sasuke, I said the other way around, by Anime Law Number 5 (Good teacher figures cannot kill evil students, and are doomed to killed by them)

I did misread your statement. I'll agree it is more likely, but still probably won't happen. As for Tsunade dying, I'm not so sure. She's already getting on in years and Naruto is pretty near the point of being Hokage, so there doesn't need to be any sort of death or intermediate period. I could easily see Tsunade handing over her position to Naruto. I guess she could get killed by Kabutorochimaru, but maybe not. Maybe she'll finally show her hidden skill and kill him.
